About Thomas E. Janisch
Over approximately 30 years I have gained invaluable experience in the practice of law. My focus and interest is as an experienced personal injury attorney. I have handled many auto injury, insurance, construction, premise, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. As a sole practioner I can focus on each client’s case efficiently and effectively from start to finish. My broad based experience allows me to also resolve a variety of civil cases, including employment law, family law, real estate, and probate.
My formal education is from the University of Washington where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 and continued to obtain a Jurist Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco in 1985.
During law school I worked for a land title company and a litigation law firm in downtown San Francisco. After law school I returned home to Washington State and started practicing law in Wenatchee with the firm of Jardine, Foreman, Turner & Appel in 1986. While with this firm I gained valuable experience and eventually became a partner with the successor firm Foreman & Arch. I had the opportunity to handle numerous personal injury cases and also work on a broad variety of cases. In 1995 I decided to practice law as a sole practitioner and did so until 1997 when I was invited to be a lateral partner at Johnson, Gaukroger & Crossland until 2009 when I decided to leave practice with a larger office and return to sole practice. With this background and experience I am well qualified to handle civil litigation cases with an emphasis on personal injury and family law cases.
